Then, click on the relevant button "Enter" or "Exit". Go down to level -1 The spaces dedicated for Indigo Neo users are marked with an "Indigo Neo Reserved" sign: from these spaces, choose the one you want To exit the car park on foot, follow the pedestrian signs and go up the stairs to the ground floor You will reach the street at 3 rue du Rhin
How to retrieve your vehicle?
Use the pedestrian access through which you left the car park (3 rue du Rhin) You will find a digicode marked with Indigo Neo stickers: enter the code given in your current reservation/ subscription (on the application) Once in the building, stand in front of the second on your left (just behind the mailboxes): you will find a second Indigo Neo code to access the car park, Enter in the same code Once your vehicle is collected, follow the signs of the car park to go to the gate Turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone go to the Indigo Neo app; To open the gate, access your booking or subscription from the main screen ("My purchases" section), and click on the "Open gates with Bluetooth".
