Go to the car park entrance at 5 avenue de Paris Turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Enter" button corresponding to your current reservation/ subscription to open the gate Go down to level -3 Spaces dedicated for Indigo Neo users are marked with an "Indigo Neo Reserved" sign: from these spaces, choose the one you want To leave the car park on foot, follow the pedestrian signs: they will lead you to a door with an Indigo Neo code to access the building: enter the code given in your current reservation/ subscription (on the application) You can then go up the stairs to the ground floor and access the street through the entrance hall of 5 avenue de Paris
How to retrieve your vehicle?
Take the access by which you left the car park (5 avenue de Paris) You will find a digicode marked with Indigo Neo stickers: enter the code given in your current reservation/ subscription (on the application) Once in the hall, take the second door on the left; you will find a second Indigo Neo code: enter the same code Go down the stairs to level -3 to access the car park Once your vehicle is collected, go to the gate Turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Exit" button corresponding to your current reservation/ subscription; the opening of the gate can take up to 10 seconds You will leave the car park at 5 avenue de Paris
