How to access the car park?
Go to the entrance of the car park located on rue Jacques Chaban Delmas (next to the l'Alcala pizzeria) and go down the ramp to the right gate Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Enter" button corresponding to your current subscription to open the gate Park your vehicle on an Indigo Neo space: these are marked with an “Indigo Neo Réservé” sign To exit the car park on foot, follow the Indigo Neo pedestrian signs You will then leave the car park at 13 avenue Marechal de Lattre de Tassigny (next to the Ed Wood Café)
How to retrieve your vehicle?
Use the pedestrian access by which you left the car park (13 avenue Maréchal de Lattre de Tassigny, just to the left of Ed Wood Café) On the code on the left of the door, enter the code given in your current subscription on the application Once your vehicle is collected, stand in front of the gate Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Exit" button corresponding to your current subscription You will then leave the car park on rue Jacques Chaban Delmas
