Go to the entrance of the car park located at 48 rue de Ruffi, 13003 Marseille (gate with green bars) Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Enter" button corresponding to your current subscription to open the gate Go down to level -2 or -3 following the Indigo Neo signs The spaces dedicated for Indigo Neo users are marked with an “Indigo Neo Reserved” sign: from these spaces , choose the one you want To leave the car park on foot, follow the Indigo Neo pedestrian signs to reach the ground floor You will then reach the street at 46 rue de Ruffi
How to retrieve your vehicle?
Use the pedestrian access by which you left the car park (46 rue de Ruffi) You will find a digicode on which you enter the code given in your current subscription on the application Follow the path through the court (straight then left ) to reach the access door to the building on which there is an Indigo Neo sign You will find a second digicode on which you enter the same code Locate on your right, the "Parking" door and take the stairs to go down to level -2 or -3 Place your vehicle in front of the exit gate following the car park signs Turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone, go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Exit" button corresponding to your current reservation/ subscription You will then leave the car park at 49 avenue Roger Salengro
