How to access the car park?
Go to the entrance to the car park located at 57 rue François Truffaut, 75012 Paris Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Enter" button corresponding to your current booking / subscription to open the gate Go ahead: the second gate will open automatically after closing the first gate Go down to level -3 Press the "Enter" button again to open the third and last gate The places dedicated for Indigo Neo users are marked with an "Indigo Neo Reserved" sign: from these places, choose the one you want To exit the car park on foot, follow the pedestrian signs
How to retrieve your vehicle?
Whatever the pedestrian exit used, Use the pedestrian entrance at 55 rue François-Truffaut (black metal door located just to the left of the entrance door of the building). You will find a digicode marked with Indigo Neo stickers: enter the code given in your current reservation/ subscription (on the application) Go down the stairs to level -3 You will find a second Indigo Neo digicode on the access door at level -3 of the car park: Enter the same code Once your vehicle is collected, stand in front of the first gate at -3 Turn on the Bluetooth function of your phone go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Exit" button corresponding to your current reservation/ subscription Then go up to the level -1 gate: press the "Exit" button again to open this gate and advance to the third gate This last one will open automatically after closing the second
