Your subscription in one click

If you regularly park in the same place, you might consider subscribing to a parking facility and benefiting from an attractive rate. In most parking facilities, you can choose from three different packages depending on your usage: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, during office hours (Monday to Friday), or evenings and weekends.
Depending on the parking facility, passes are monthly, quarterly, or annual and renew automatically on the first day of the month.
It is not possible to cancel the subscription after the 14-day cancellation period has expired. However, you can disable automatic renewal so that the subscription ends on the renewal date.
Most Indigo Neo passes use automatic license plate recognition technology for entering and exiting the parking facility.

Your season ticket is linked to a license plate, and you can change it directly from your Indigo Neo account.
To do so, follow the steps below:
Log in to your Indigo Neo account.
Go to « My Account » and then to « Season Tickets. »
Click on the season ticket you want to change.
Go to the « Associated Vehicles » section.
Select the vehicle you want to link to your season ticket.
Click « Confirm. »

Automatic renewal (or tacit renewal) allows your subscription contract to be renewed automatically at the end of its term.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, up to 24 hours before the renewal date, through your Customer Account by deactivating the « Deactivate automatic renewal » button.
For example: You subscribe to a plan that begins on January 1st of year N, with a duration of 12 months. On January 1st of year N+1, that is, 12 months later, your subscription will automatically renew for another 12 months. And so on.
However, if you deactivated automatic renewal on December 12th of year N, your subscription contract will end on January 1st at midnight of year N+1 and, therefore, will not be automatically renewed.

When requesting cancellation for legitimate reasons, you must provide one of the following documents, depending on the reason for cancellation:
Professional transfer (certificate from the employer),
Vehicle theft (official police report),
Client’s death (death certificate),
Loss of employment with an indefinite contract outside the probationary period (certificate from the employment office),
Change of the client’s primary residence to another city (sworn statement and proof of address).
The request for termination for legitimate reasons must be sent by certified mail with return receipt requested, along with the corresponding supporting documentation.
If the cancellation is made ten (10) days before the end of the current calendar month, it will be effective on the first day of the following calendar month. If the cancellation is made less than ten (10) days before the end of the current calendar month, it will be effective on the first day of the second calendar month following. The price that would have been overcharged for the subscription period after the termination came into effect will be fully refunded to the Customer or, in the event of death, to their heirs, once the application has been processed within a reasonable time, provided that the Customer’s vehicle is no longer parked in the Parking.
